Job Description

Role Description The Equipment Manager will oversee construction equipment and tools across multiple projects. This is a part-time remote role involving coordination with site teams, vendors, procurement, logistics, and leadership. Core Responsibilities - Plan, track, and coordinate construction equipment and tools across multiple projects. - Monitor equipment utilization and arrange maintenance schedules with site teams and vendors. - Ensure machinery is available and safe for use when needed. - Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare regular status reports. - Support budgeting and cost control for equipment-related expenses. - Manage equipment rentals, purchases, and returns with procurement and logistics. - Implement basic equipment handling, compliance, safety, and documentation procedures. Qualifications - Ability to manage equipment inventories, track utilization, and coordinate maintenance or repairs. - Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple projects remotely on a part-time basis. - Experience with equipment budgeting or cost control, including expenses, vendor invoices, and rental agreements. - Proficiency with office and collaboration software, spreadsheets, databases, project management, or ERP tools. - Ability to communicate and collaborate in written and spoken English. - Understanding of construction or industrial equipment operations, safety practices, and compliance requirements. - Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records and documentation. - Arabic language skills are advantageous. - Prior construction, contracting, or facilities management experience is preferred. - A relevant diploma or degree is beneficial; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
