Your Experience - Minimum 4 years in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role in hospitality or luxury services. - Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and people development for high-performing teams. - Arabic and English is a must. French or another European language, even better. Your Skills HR Strategy & Compliance: You manage the full HR framework - from payroll, compensation, and benefits to legal compliance - keeping everything solid, current, and audit-ready. Talent & Growth: You own the full recruitment process, build the talent pipeline, design onboarding journeys that inspire from day one, and create development paths that turn great hires into future leaders. Performance & Employee Relations: You support managers in setting clear objectives, running meaningful appraisals, and navigating difficult conversations - including terminations - with professionalism and care.
