Job Descriptions: - Participate actively in structured training programs and professional development workshops to deepen industry knowledge and refine advisory capabilities - Work closely with senior financial advisors to gain hands-on exposure to client engagement and portfolio oversight - Conduct a consultative needs analysis to assess risk management, investment objectives, wealth preservation, and retirement readiness - Offer to High Net Worth (HNW) individuals and corporate clients with professional financial guidance through a tailored portfolio of investment and insurance solutions that built around their needs - Seize regional growth potential in the Greater Bay Area by delivering cross-border wealth services to clients from both Mainland China and Hong Kong - Build and cultivate long-term client relationships through strategic customer relationship management - Monitor emerging financial products in the market and industry regulatory changes Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above (Year 3 and Year 4 students are welcome to apply) - Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills - Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred - Strong interest in financial planning and investment management - Demonstrated strong initiative to achieve ambitious target - Outstanding team player We offer: - Monthly allowance + attractive commission and performance bonus (MDRT annual income can exceed HK$500,000+) - Overseas trips and international conventions) - One-year fast-track management development pathway - Comprehensive training with personal coaching - Structured career development program toward Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualification - Professional designation training (e.g., MDRT, CFP, CFA, RFP, RFC) Discover more about us: We are a group of expertise who offer comprehensive wealth management services spanning global top-tier fund investments, trust solutions, and retirement planning etc. We provide one-stop solutions in wealth management services with great emphasis on investment.
