Job Description

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Recruitment / HR Outsourcing We are hiring an HR Account Manager to manage client accounts, manpower outsourcing, and HR services. Key Responsibilities - Manage client relationships and identify workforce requirements. - Coordinate onboarding, payroll, operations, and invoicing activities. - Conduct client meetings and prepare proposals, pricing, reports, and service agreements. - Track deployments, contract renewals, and service delivery. - Resolve client issues and ensure high client satisfaction. - Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business. - Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company and UAE labour requirements. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. - 3–5 years’ experience in account management, recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services. - UAE experience preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and client-management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with CRM/MS Office.
