Web3/digital-asset experience is a plus; strong Web2 finance backgrounds are equally welcome What You Will Do - Take part in the full lifecycle of cash management and yield products from design to launch; build product materials and sales toolkits. - Plan and execute product campaigns for corporate and individual clients; track performance and subscription conversion. - Help improve the in app subscription journey and online conversion. - Run internal sales training to help front line teams understand and present the products. - Maintain the product dashboard with regular management reporting. What We Look For - 6 years in product, product marketing or sales enablement at a wealth manager, asset manager, private bank or wealth platform. - Familiarity with cash management or yield products (broker yield certificates, cash management wealth products, structured deposits, money market funds) preferred. - Able to independently produce materials, presentations and data analysis. - driven, resilient and a fast learner. - Bilingual in Chinese and English. Nice to Have - Digital asset/ stablecoin knowledge; corporate treasury or transaction banking products; wealth app growth experience.
