Sales Marketing Manager

Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager role is a part-time, remote position responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for Laboratório de Análise Internacional Bertha Lutz. On a day-to-day basis, this role will plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital channels, and coordinate sales initiatives to reach targeted markets. The Sales Marketing Manager will analyze market trends and customer data, prepare performance reports, and optimize strategies based on measurable outcomes. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain relationships with key partners, and support the development of promotional materials and sales presentations. The role also includes setting and tracking KPIs, overseeing budgets for campaigns, and ensuring all activities align with the laboratory’s scientific and ethical standards. Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing management, including campaign planning, lead generation, and sales pipeline development. - Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and data-driven optimization of online campaigns. - Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and translate insights into practical marketing and sales strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote and multicultural environments. - Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems) and comfort working with metrics and reports. - Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a part-time schedule. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; experience in healthcare, laboratory services, or scientific industries is an advantage. - Professional fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Portuguese or Spanish, are beneficial for international collaboration.
