Role Description The Real Estate Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements. The agent will manage listings, prepare and review contracts, negotiate offers, and support clients through the closing process. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, coordinating with landlords, developers, and buyers, and delivering high-quality customer service. The Real Estate Agent will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Qualifications - Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Real Property regulations in Dubai and the UAE. - Candidates should possess Real Estate market knowledge and practical experience in off plan property sales, - Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive environment. - Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations. - Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with RERA regulations, fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus), proficiency with CRM and MS Office tools, valid UAE driving license, and prior experience in Dubai real estate.
