Job Description

Role Description A Project Director is responsible for leading major projects from planning through completion, managing teams, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities - Lead project planning, execution, and completion. - Develop project schedules, budgets, and delivery plans. - Manage project scope, resources, costs, and timelines. - Monitor project milestones, KPIs, progress, and deliverables. - Lead project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams. - Coordinate with clients, senior management, and key stakeholders. - Identify and manage project risks, issues, and delays. - Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost control, and financial performance. - Ensure project quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. - Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, suppliers, and resources. - Manage project changes, approvals, claims, and contractual matters. - Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues. - Prepare project reports, forecasts, and management updates. - Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and performance. - Ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget.Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business Administration, or a related field. - Extensive experience in project management and senior project leadership. - Experience managing large or complex projects. - Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. - Experience with contracts, procurement, risk, and quality management. - Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Strong commercial and financial awareness. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools. - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is advantageous. - UAE/GCC project experience is preferred. - Professional, organized, accountable, proactive, and results-oriented. -
