Job Description

Role Description A Project Director is responsible for leading major projects from planning through completion, managing teams, resources, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities - Lead project planning, execution, and completion. - Develop project schedules, budgets, and delivery plans. - Manage project scope, resources, costs, and timelines. - Monitor project progress, milestones, KPIs, and deliverables. - Lead project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors. - Coordinate with clients, management, and key stakeholders. - Identify and manage project risks, issues, and delays. - Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost control. - Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. - Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and project resources. - Manage project changes, approvals, claims, and contractual matters. - Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues. - Prepare project reports, forecasts, and management updates. - Improve project efficiency, processes, and team performance. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business Administration, or a related field. - Extensive experience in project management and senior project leadership. - Experience managing large-scale or complex projects. - Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. - Experience in contracts, procurement, risk management, and quality control. - Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Good commercial and financial awareness. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools. - PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant professional certification is advantageous. - UAE/GCC project experience is preferred. - Professional, organized, accountable, proactive, and results-oriented. -
