Information Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking for L1 Support Engineer Position Position Details: Job Type: 6 Months extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys) Location: Singapore Timings : Regular working hours Yrs of Exp: 1+ years of relevant experience Job Description Responsibilities: - Provide first-line support for workstations, peripherals, applications and connectivity across assigned Singapore sites. - Log, prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests within SLA. - Collect diagnostic evidence and escalate to L2, infrastructure, application or vendor teams. - Respond to outages and service degradation and provide timely updates. - Maintain accurate ticket records, daily reports and shift handovers. - Follow SOPs, security controls and site-access requirements. - Support trend analysis, automation and service improvements Requirements: - Diploma in IT, Computer Studies or equivalent. - 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience. - Knowledge of Windows endpoints, basic networking, peripherals and ServiceNow/Jira. - Structured troubleshooting and basic SQL skills; Unix/Linux exposure is beneficial. - Clear communication, customer service and ability to work independently onsite. - Available for 12-hour rotating shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays.
