Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time role based in Singapore. In this role, the individual is responsible for driving regional sales growth, managing key retail and distribution partners, and expanding market presence across assigned territories. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing regional sales strategies, forecasting and reporting on sales performance, and negotiating commercial terms with partners. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives. The Role is 100% work from home role and work remotely with extended team in Singapore and Australia Qualifications - Ideally 3 to 6 years of experience in regional sales and account management, including experience with channel partners, distributors, and retailers. - Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting. - Experience in business development, market expansion, and negotiating commercial agreements. - Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and deliver high-quality customer service. - Background in consumer electronics, gaming, simulation, or related industries is highly beneficial. - Self-motivated, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
