Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent specializing in the primary (off-plan) market to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan property sector, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build client relationships. Responsibilities - Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai - Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management - Stay updated on new project launches and market insights* - Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing Qualifications - +1 experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan sales - Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and major developers - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Presentable, confident, and client-focused personality - Ability to work in a target-driven environment - Fluency in English is required - Indian, Russian, Turkish, French or Urdu speakers are highly preferred - Valid UAE driving license is a plus What We Offer: - Attractive commission structure - Fresh Qualified Leads Daily - Access to top developers & premium launches - Marketing and admin support - Career growth opportunities - Dynamic and professional work environment Apply Now: career@vegaproperties.ae
