Job title: Dedicated Sales Officer — Luxury Residential Assets Company: HON Project Management LLC Location: Onyx Tower, The Greens, Dubai (on-site) Employment type: Full-time, employment visa sponsored Start date: Immediate About HON PM HON PM is a luxury real estate renovation firm based in Dubai. We acquire premium properties, transform them through high-end renovation, and bring them back to market. Our current portfolio includes assets in The Palm Tower and Golden Mile on Palm Jumeirah, alongside residential and commercial projects across Al Furjan and JLT. Every property we sell is one we have designed and built ourselves. That changes what the sales conversation can be. The role This is not a traditional brokerage seat, and it is not a commission-only desk. We are looking for one dedicated professional to own the sale of our own portfolio. You will work from the inside — with full access to the design intent, the specification, the construction timeline, and the reasoning behind every material choice. Your job is to translate that depth into a sales case that a discerning buyer cannot get from a listing portal. You will be the single point of contact between HON PM and the buyer, from first enquiry to handover. What you will do - Own the end-to-end sales process for HON PM's renovated assets on Palm Jumeirah and across Dubai - Build and qualify a pipeline of high-net-worth buyers and investors - Present each property on its design, build quality, and investment merit — not on square footage alone - Host private viewings and represent the brand at the property - Work alongside the project management team so your knowledge of each asset stays current through construction - Manage negotiation, offer documentation, and coordination through to transfer - Report on pipeline, market feedback, and pricing intelligence What we are looking for - The ability to hold a substantive conversation about design, materials, and build quality (We will guide you) - Comfort operating as the sole owner of a sales process - Fluent English; Russian is a strong advantage - UAE driving licence preferred - No RERA broker card required. You will be introducing HON PM's own assets, not acting as a third-party broker.
