The responsibilities span coordination of quality improvement, innovation, and research initiatives; secretariat and governance support for committees and workgroups across all three units; documentation, reporting, compliance, and process coordination involving multiple stakeholders; and independent management of complex workflows within healthcare and research environments Essential Skills And Experience - Degree qualification from a recognised university - Minimum 2 years of professional working experience - Exceptional analytical and communication abilities - Strong interpersonal skills with proven negotiation capabilities - Meticulous attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in healthcare research or innovation coordination - Background in project management - Familiarity with statistical software packages - Experience in draft reports and write-ups About IMH The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore, established in 1928, is a premier 2,000-bed psychiatric hospital nestled in Buangkok Green Medical Park, providing comprehensive mental health services across 50 inpatient wards and 7 outpatient clinics, while also playing a pivotal role in training the next generation of mental health professionals through the NHG-AHPL Residency Programme and collaborations with local academic institutions.
