Accountant / Finance Executive

This role is for our new e-commerce entity. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Executive with experience in the e-commerce industry and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and supporting accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries. - Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations. - Reconcile e-commerce sales, marketplace settlements, payment gateways, refunds, and returns. - Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing. - Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. - Assist with VAT, audit, and statutory compliance requirements. - Monitor outstanding receivables and payables. - Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in Microsoft Dynamics ERP. - Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies. - Support management with financial analysis and other finance-related activities. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. - Hands on accounting/finance experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP. - Good knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel. - Experience with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and marketplace reconciliations is preferred. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. - Good communication and organizational skills.
