(UAE Nationals) Executive - Customer Employees Relations

Job Description We are looking for a talented professional to join our team at Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZ). The role will focus on delivering a seamless client experience, managing customer inquiries and complaints, supporting contract and data administration, and ensuring services are delivered in line with DAFZ policies, procedures, and UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally. - Support contract-related services and administration. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and timely resolution of client matters. - Support company cancellations and name reservations in coordination with relevant departments. - Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. - Ensure clients are kept informed of relevant regulations, requirements, and procedures Qualifications Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree. - Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of relevant experience. - Strong customer and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of UAE rules and regulations. - Experience in handling lease-related agreements is an advantage. - Strong planning, organization, communication, and negotiation skills.
