About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of sports court installations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company by managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the sports construction or similar industry. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. - Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Responsibilities - Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle. - Manage and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. - Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns. - Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication at all stages of the project. - Ensure all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Maintain accurate documentation related to project activities, change orders, and financials.
