Real Estate Agent RAWAYIE ALBINA FOR GENERAL CONTRACTING Job Type: Full-time Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Description We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with property transactions, conducting property viewings, and achieving sales and rental targets. Key Responsibilities - Generate and follow up on leads through various channels. - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. - Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate property information. - Negotiate offers and assist with closing deals. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market. - Prepare and maintain property listings and client records. - Coordinate with landlords, buyers, tenants, and other stakeholders. - Follow company policies and UAE real estate regulations. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE. - Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to generate leads and close deals. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional. - Good customer service and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
