Position: General Manager Industry: Specialty Coffee | Food & Beverage | Hospitality Experience Required: 15+ Years Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C is looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-driven General Manager to lead our growing specialty coffee, Food & Beverage, customer service, and hospitality operations. 👤 Candidate Requirements We are seeking a highly experienced professional with: - More than 15 years of relevant experience in Specialty Coffee, F&B, Customer Service, or Hospitality - Strong knowledge of the specialty coffee and F&B industry - Proven experience managing multiple branches and overall company operations - Excellent leadership and team-management skills - Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards - Ability to manage daily operations and ensure all branches run smoothly and efficiently - Strong sales and business development skills - Proven ability to increase sales, improve profitability, and achieve business targets - Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities - Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills - A hands-on, professional, and results-oriented approach Requirements Requirements - 15+ years of relevant experience in Specialty Coffee, F&B, Customer Service, or Hospitality - Strong knowledge of the Specialty Coffee & F&B industry - Proven experience managing multiple branches and overall company operations - Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills - Ability to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations - Proven ability to increase sales, improve profitability, and develop new business opportunities - Strong customer service and hospitality standards - Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and business development skills - Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice are preferred Benefits Salary & Benefits - Competitive salary package based on experience - Attractive company benefits - Employment visa and medical benefits as per UAE Labor Law - Other applicable benefits in accordance with UAE Labor Law
