Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Laborer role based in Dubai. The General Laborer will support daily construction and maintenance activities, including loading and unloading materials, site preparation, cleaning work areas, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed. Responsibilities include using basic hand and power tools, following instructions from supervisors, and helping to set up equipment or scaffolding. The role involves adhering to safety procedures, reporting hazards, and maintaining a tidy and organized job site. The General Laborer may work both indoors and outdoors and should be prepared for physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods. Qualifications - Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for long periods. - Basic experience using hand tools and simple power tools, or willingness to learn under supervision. - Understanding of, or strong willingness to learn, construction site safety practices and procedures. - Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and following instructions from supervisors and team leads. - Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers. - Previous experience in general labor, construction, or maintenance is an advantage but not required. - Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to varying weather and work conditions.
