Job Description
Job Summary Support sales growth and customer development by analyzing market trends, monitoring sales performance, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in the execution of sales plans and promotional activities across assigned territories. Key Responsibilities - Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks. - Support the implementation of sales plans, objectives, and promotional programs within assigned territories. - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. - Conduct regular customer visits to support sales activities and strengthen business relationships. - Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Assist in tracking sales targets and recommending corrective actions when needed. - Collect and maintain accurate customer, sales, and market information. - Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analyses. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills - Fresh graduate or early-career professionals are interested in sales and business development. - Applicants must include their nationality and university degree in the CV; a bachelor’s degree is required. - Completion of cooperative training in the FMCG industry is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good negotiation and customer service abilities. - Analytical mindset with good numerical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or sales-reporting systems is an advantage. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel locally and conduct field visits. - Workable English language skills and fluency in Arabic.
