PROPERTY CONSULTANT Company: CANIS REAL ESTATE LLC Location: Dubai, UAE Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Positions Available: 6 Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Positions Male Property Consultants: 3 Positions Female Property Consultants: 3 Positions Job Summary CANIS REAL ESTATE LLC is looking for experienced and motivated Property Consultants to join its sales team, specializing in Dubai’s secondary/resale property market. The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing property listings, generating and managing clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions and achieving sales and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities * Source and acquire quality secondary/resale property listings directly from owners, investors, referrals and networking. * Generate and follow up with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners. * Build and maintain a strong database of property owners, sellers, buyers and investors. * Understand client requirements, budgets and investment objectives and recommend suitable properties. * Conduct professional property viewings and provide accurate property information and market advice. * Advise sellers on realistic property pricing based on current Dubai market conditions. * Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers and work towards successfully closing transactions. * Manage the complete sales process from listing acquisition through negotiation, documentation and closing. * Manage property listings on relevant real estate portals and ensure all information is accurate and up to date. * Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, property portals and other communication channels. * Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow-up with leads and clients. * Assist with offers, negotiations, documentation and transaction coordination. * Stay updated with Dubai communities, property prices, RERA/DLD requirements and current market trends. * Achieve agreed monthly listing, sales and revenue targets. Required Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in the secondary/resale property market. * Good understanding of Dubai’s property market, communities and transaction process. * Strong sales, prospecting, negotiation and closing skills. * Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional communication. * Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors and buyers. * Target-oriented, self-motivated and commercially driven. * Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp and real estate platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle. * Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian or other commonly spoken languages in Dubai will be an advantage. * Must be comfortable and willing to participate in professional property videos, reels and social media content when required. * Smart, well-groomed, confident and professionally presentable. * Self-disciplined, energetic, reliable and committed to achieving individual and company objectives. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a confident and results-driven real estate professional with strong knowledge of Dubai’s secondary property market, excellent communication skills and the ability to independently generate listings, develop client relationships and convert opportunities into successful transactions.
