Our client is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing to offer negotiations. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and profiles. - Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, databases, and networks. - Screen and interview candidates to assess cultural and technical fit. - Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview journey. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with 5–6 years of experience as an in-house or agency recruiter. - Proven track record of filling complex or senior-level roles. - Expertise in sourcing techniques able to identify and leverage all the resource in candidate sourcing. - Excellent communication skills for managing candidate and stakeholder relationships. - Strong negotiation skills to close competitive employment offers. - Headhunting or executive search background is highly preferred.
