Premier Banking Team Head

We are looking for an experienced Team Head, International Wealth – ASEAN (Indonesia Market) to lead and grow a team of Relationship Managers serving affluent and HNW Indonesian clients. The role will focus on team building, client acquisition, AUM and revenue growth, while driving strong client engagement and maintaining high standards of risk and compliance. Key Responsibilities - Lead, coach and grow a team of International Wealth RMs. - Drive AUM, revenue and new client acquisition for the Indonesia market. - Recruit and develop high-quality RMs to support business expansion. - Build and deepen relationships with affluent/HNW Indonesian clients. - Ensure strong governance, compliance and risk management. Qualifications - Strong experience in International Wealth, Premier, Priority or Private Banking. - Proven leadership experience managing Relationship Managers. - Strong knowledge and network within the Indonesia affluent/HNW market. - Strong track record in business development, AUM and revenue growth. - Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills. - Singapore banking/wealth management experience is preferred.
