What you will do: Convert prospect tours into signed leases - Follow up on leads quickly and consistently - Guide prospective tenants through the full leasing cycle: tour, application, move-in - Use our live inventory data on major Dubai areas to price and pitch with real intelligence, not guesswork - Represent the property and brand to a high standard at every touchpoint What You'll Need: - 1+ year of experience in sales or a client-facing role (no real estate background required) - A closer's mindset: goal-driven and resilient - Excellent communication and follow-up discipline What we offer: - Uncapped commission earnings up to 60% - Access to proprietary area-level market data.
