Manager, HNW Distribution (Life Insurance)

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and monitor sales channels of HNW customers - Provide daily support (including product and administration training, cases follow up, communication between Company and distributors whenever there are changes in procedures and guidelines) for channels - Deliver marketing campaign and promotion - Develop, formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to develop new business, build and maintain relationship with sales channels - Lead and guide new teammate Key Requirements: - University graduate in Marketing / Commerce, preferably a holder of professional qualification in Life insurance including FLMI or equivalent - Passed IIQAS exam and SFC exam are definitely an advantage - Minimum 5 years’ working experience in sales marketing and channel management in life insurance industry - Professional selling and presentation skill We offer 5-day work, good career prospects and attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
