HNW Distribution Development Manager

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Distribution Development Manager. Principal Responsibilities In this role you will - Work seamlessly with Product, Underwriting, Case Management, Compliance, and Business Risk Control teams on pipeline management - Ensure end-to-end pipeline business from high-net-worth channels is promptly submitted and effected - Ensure compliance with all governance frameworks, regulations, procedures, practices, and quality standards - Work closely with stakeholders to support the business channels to achieve the sales targets - Prepare regular reports including marketing intelligence, commissions, business effectiveness, etc - Collaborate with internal and/or external partners to organize the launch of new products, customer privileges/services/events/enablers Qualifications - External To be successful you will need - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field - Solid experience and understanding in life insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements - Relevant working experience in life insurance industry, preferably with HNW Distribution and/or Case Management experience - Insurance related license is required, including completion of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Long Term Business (i.e. Principle & Practice of Insurance Examination, and Long-Term Insurance Examination), and to comply with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements - Proven track record of achieving business growth and developing strategic partnerships - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
