Wealth Management Advisory - Top tier consulting firm

On behalf of a top tier, global, consulting firm we are seeking a wealth management advisory professional. This is a client-facing role for a seasoned professional who combines deep industry expertise with consulting discipline, and who can operate fluently across Hong Kong, mainland China, and international markets. You will manage client relationships, shape propositions, and deliver transformational programmes for the local, regional and international leading private banks, wealth managers, and asset management firms. We are open to candidates at manager, senior manager and director level. - Role: - - Design and launch differentiated wealth management offerings: ultra-high-net-worth advisory, family office services, digital wealth platforms, and cross-border propositions - Lead product and service innovation engagements, from concept to market launch - Advise on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for wealth and asset management products - Collaborate on end-to-end digital transformation programmes for wealth management institutions - Define target operating models, technology architecture, and vendor strategies - Drive AI and data-led personalisation, next-best-action engines, and client analytics platforms - Advise clients on the application of generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to client acquisition, portfolio construction, risk management, and regulatory compliance - Translate technical capabilities into business cases and implementation roadmaps - Ensure responsible AI governance and data privacy frameworks are embedded in client solutions - Lead pitch teams, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement. - Requirements: - 5–15 years of experience in financial services consulting, wealth management, or private banking.. - Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential. - Strong industry networks in Hong Kong and mainland China - Consulting fundamentals: structured problem-solving, executive communication, project management, and team leadership - Intellectual curiosity: you understand how data and AI are reshaping the industry and can articulate this to non-technical audiences
