Accountant

We’re Hiring | Accountant EMAR Saudi for Energy Works is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: • Record daily journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records. • Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims. • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. • Support monthly closing and the preparation of financial reports. • Assist with VAT documentation and compliance with ZATCA requirements. • Organize accounting documents and support internal and external audit requirements. Requirements: • Saudi National. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. • Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience. • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications. • Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems is an advantage. • Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use them effectively in daily work. • Good command of English. • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and willingness to learn. • Experience or training in contracting or construction is preferred. 📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 Saudi Nationals Only Applications will be accepted through LinkedIn only.
