Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Branch Performance - Manage and oversee multiple branches within the assigned region. - Ensure each branch achieves revenue, profitability, and productivity targets. - Analyse business performance and implement improvement plans. Sales & Business Development - Drive sales growth and monitor branch KPIs. - Develop action plans to improve branch performance. - Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Operations - Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational policies, and service standards. - Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance reviews. - Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained. Team Leadership - Coach and mentor Outlet Managers and supervisors. - Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline. - Identify training needs and develop employees. Customer Service - Ensure excellent customer experience across all branches. - Handle escalated customer complaints promptly. - Improve customer retention and service quality. Reporting - Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports. - Present regional performance, challenges, and action plans to senior management. - Monitor inventory, manpower planning, and operational expenses. Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of multi-branch management experience. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting. - Willing to travel regularly within the assigned region.
