What You Will Be Doing - Lead structured discovery engagements to understand client objectives and diagnose environments across HR processes, technology, data flows, and operating models. - Translate complex business challenges into clear, scalable solution approaches aligned to SHL’s SaaS capabilities. - Architect end-to-end solutions across SHL’s portfolio, covering assessments, platforms, integrations, data flows, and deployment approach. - Map client requirements to standard product capabilities, maximising reuse and scalability while minimising bespoke delivery. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment from presales through execution. - Design and deliver compelling solution narratives, demos, and proposals, articulating clear value propositions and ROI to diverse stakeholders. - Partner with commercial teams to shape solution scope, pricing inputs, and RFP responses, supporting conversion from opportunity to contract. - Ensure seamless handover to deployment teams, maintaining continuity and acting as an escalation point to safeguard solution integrity and client confidence. What we are looking for from you: Essential - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Human Factors, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - 3–7 years’ experience in presales, solution architecture, or solution consulting within SaaS HR Tech, Talent Tech, or Psychometrics. - Strong understanding of psychometric assessments and their application across the talent lifecycle. - Proven experience designing solutions across multi-module SaaS platforms and enterprise client environments. Desirable: - Familiarity with HR ecosystems (ATS, HCM, LMS, Talent Marketplaces) and integration concepts. - Comfortable engaging with senior HR, TA, IT, and Procurement stakeholders. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills. - Languages – English, Cantonese (preferred) and Japanese (optional) You must hold the relevant right-to-work document for this Hong Kong based role About Us - We unlock the possibilities of businesses through the power of people, science and technology. - We started this industry of people insight more than 40 years ago and continue to lead the market with powerhouse product launches, ground-breaking science and business transformation. - When you inspire and transform people’s lives, you will experience the greatest business outcomes possible.
