Job Description
We are partnering with a leading innovation and technology organization to identify experienced AI professionals to support strategic AI initiatives and transformation projects. Job Responsibility AI Platform Architecture & Engineering - Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise AI platforms, data lakes, and cloud-native architectures, enabling scalable RAG solutions, vector search capabilities, and advanced AI applications. - Establish robust data engineering frameworks, including batch and real-time data pipelines, to support business-critical AI initiatives. AI Solutions Development & Enterprise Integration - Architect and develop intelligent AI agents, workflow automation, and Generative AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and large language models. - Drive seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing ERP and enterprise systems, accelerating digital transformation and legacy modernization initiatives. Full-Stack Application & API Development - Deliver end-to-end application solutions, including modern web interfaces, backend services, APIs, and cloud-native components, to support AI-driven business processes and user experiences. - Ensure solution scalability, security, maintainability, and performance across enterprise environments. Technical Leadership & Delivery Excellence - Lead the full solution lifecycle from ideation and proof-of-concept through enterprise-scale production deployment. - Define technical standards, architecture governance, and development best practices while providing mentorship and guidance to development teams. Stakeholder Management & Innovation - Collaborate closely with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and innovation. - Translate business requirements into scalable and cost-effective technology solutions that deliver measurable business value. Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. - 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with proven experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions from design through production deployment. - At least 3 years of experience within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of business and regulatory requirements. - Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud and/or Microsoft Azure, including cloud architecture, application integration, and scalable solution deployment. - Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and large language models such as DeepSeek, Gemini, Qwen, or equivalent platforms. - Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications, microservices, APIs, and legacy systems. - Proficient in Python and Java, with solid software engineering and system design skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) Please note that only short-listed candidates will be notified.
