Operating within the Kingdom, the office helps clients navigate investment decisions in line with current market requirements and trends, aiming to optimize performance and long-term growth. Role Description The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring that consulting services, feasibility studies, and debt-related advisory projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. This part-time remote role includes supervising project pipelines, allocating resources, and coordinating with consultants to meet client expectations and deadlines. The General Manager will develop and refine business strategies, monitor financial performance, and drive continuous improvement in processes and service quality. The role also involves maintaining key client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. The General Manager will report to the firm’s leadership and provide regular updates on operational performance, risks, and opportunities. Qualifications - Strong leadership and management skills, including team coordination, decision-making, and performance oversight. - Experience in economic or administrative consulting, preferably with exposure to debt collection, recovery, or feasibility studies. - Solid strategic planning and business development abilities, with a track record of improving operations and service delivery. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. - Good understanding of the local market and regulatory environment within the Kingdom, particularly in investment and consulting sectors. - Proficiency in using digital tools for project management, reporting, and remote collaboration. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field. - Demonstrated ability to work part-time with strong time-management skills and the capacity to prioritize multiple initiatives.
