Job Description

Role Description The Head of Legal will provide strategic legal guidance to مجتمع العلاقات العامة on a part-time, remote basis. This role includes overseeing legal compliance across operations, reviewing and drafting contracts, policies, and other legal documents, and advising leadership on legal risks and regulatory obligations. The Head of Legal will handle legal issues related to partnerships, intellectual property, data protection, and online content, while establishing frameworks for risk management and governance. Day-to-day tasks may involve responding to legal inquiries, coordinating with external counsel when needed, and developing clear, practical guidance for internal teams to ensure compliant and ethical practices. Qualifications - Strong foundation in Law, with proven experience providing legal guidance in organizational or corporate settings. - Demonstrated expertise in Legal Compliance, including regulatory analysis, policy review, and risk mitigation. - Experience in Legal Consulting, advising cross-functional stakeholders and translating legal concepts into actionable recommendations. - Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, policies, and agreements. - Ability to identify, assess, and manage a range of Legal Issues relevant to communications, media, data protection, and partnerships. - Licensed attorney or equivalent legal qualification; experience in media, technology, or public relations sectors is an advantage. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and sound professional judgment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is beneficial. - Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time capacity, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters.
