Job Description

Role Description The Head of Legal will provide strategic legal guidance and oversight for توظيف فوري as a part-time, remote role. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on contracts and agreements, reviewing and drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions. The role involves assessing legal risks, proposing mitigation strategies, and supporting leadership in decision-making on business initiatives, partnerships, and policies. The Head of Legal will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain legal frameworks, standard templates, and processes that protect the organization’s interests. This position also includes monitoring legislative changes that may impact the business and providing clear, practical recommendations. Qualifications - Strong foundation in Law with proven experience handling diverse Legal Issues. - Demonstrated expertise in Legal Compliance, including understanding and applying relevant regulations. - Experience in Legal Consulting, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice to leadership teams. - Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and policies. - Relevant law degree and bar admission (or equivalent professional qualification) in at least one jurisdiction. - Experience in remote or distributed work environments and the ability to manage multiple priorities on a part-time basis. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. - Background in corporate, employment, or commercial law is highly beneficial; experience with international or cross-border matters is a plus.
