Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the overall ship agency and marine services operations - Drive business growth, client acquisition and revenue development - Manage relationships with shipowners, principals, charterers and key maritime stakeholders - Oversee vessel port calls, husbandry and end-to-end agency services - Build strong relationships with Singapore port authorities, terminals and service providers - Lead, mentor and manage the agency team - Ensure operational excellence, compliance and customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities to strengthen the company’s market presence and profitability Requirements: - Should have minimum 10 years of experience in ship/port agency operations - Familiar with Singapore port and maritime operations - Strong Leadership & Effective Team Management
