Operations Manager

# Job Title: Operations Manager – Bean Bazaar **About the Company** Bean Bazaar is an e-commerce store specializing in Thai coffee and dried fruits in the Saudi market, with plans to expand soon with a branch in Egypt. **Work Type:** Remote — can be based in Saudi Arabia or Egypt ## Responsibilities - Coordinate with the marketing team and follow up on plan/campaign execution (a coordination role, not supervisory) - Follow up with the supply team to ensure timely order fulfillment - Manage and monitor inventory levels regularly - Make purchasing decisions for additional items based on sales trends and demand - Coordinate across teams (marketing, supply, inventory), including future coordination with the Egypt branch - Prepare periodic reports on operations, inventory, and sales performance ## Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Salla experience preferred) - Fluency in Arabic and English - Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and efficiency ## Preferred Skills - Prior experience in inventory and purchasing management - Basic knowledge of digital marketing
