Sales AssociateRole Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to support sales activities and deliver an excellent customer experience. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable products or services, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry through to purchase. Responsibilities include responding to customer questions, providing accurate product information, following up on potential customers, maintaining customer relationships, supporting sales targets, and keeping relevant records up to date. The Sales Associate will work closely with the wider team to identify sales opportunities, resolve customer concerns, and contribute to overall business growth. Strong communication, a positive attitude, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Confident and professional approach when engaging with customers. - Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. - Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality. - Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. - Good organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. - Positive, proactive, adaptable, and target-oriented attitude. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales-related systems is an advantage. -
