Jewelry sales associate/Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Associate / Supervisor to support daily retail operations, deliver excellent customer experiences, and contribute to sales growth and business success.Role Description • Assist customers in selecting jewelry products and provide professional product recommendations. • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships. • Promote and achieve individual and store sales targets. • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. • Process sales transactions, payments, and POS operations accurately. • Maintain attractive and organized product displays and showcases. • Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, and product availability. • Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and product transfers. • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, secured, and maintained. • Provide product knowledge on jewelry materials, gemstones, designs, and care instructions. • Supervise and support sales staff in daily operations when required. • Train, coach, and guide team members to improve sales performance and customer service standards. • Monitor store performance and support the achievement of sales objectives. • Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift coordination. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security requirements. • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, customer events, and company initiatives. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation of the store. • Prepare sales reports and administrative documentation when required. • Ensure a safe, positive, and professional shopping environment for customers. • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.Qualifications • Previous experience in jewelry sales, retail sales, customer service, luxury retail, or a related field. • Experience as a Jewelry Sales Associate, Jewelry Supervisor, Retail Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Senior Sales Associate, or similar position is preferred. • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills. • Passion for jewelry, fashion, and luxury products. • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Strong leadership and team management skills for supervisory responsibilities. • Ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. • Good knowledge of jewelry products, gemstones, precious metals, and product care is an advantage. • Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and retail operations is preferred. • Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. - • Relevant qualifications or working experience in Retail, Sales, Customer Service, Business, Fashion, or a related field are preferred.
