Team Leader – Retail - Hiring UAE National

Key Responsibilities - Supervise and guide the retail sales team during daily operations. - Allocate duties, shifts, break schedules, and floor responsibilities. - Drive the team to achieve daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs. - Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback. - Ensure high standards of customer service and customer experience. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally. - Conduct daily team briefings and communicate targets, promotions, and operational updates. - Support upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities. - Ensure merchandise is correctly displayed, priced, replenished, and available. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/store teams. - Ensure compliance with cash-handling, POS, store policies, and operational procedures. - Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards. - Support onboarding and training of new retail staff. - Prepare basic sales, attendance, productivity, and operational reports. - Coordinate with Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager on operational and staffing requirements. Requirements - Minimum 2–4 years of retail experience, with previous experience supervising or leading a retail team. - Strong understanding of retail sales, customer service, and store operations. - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs. - Strong people-management, coaching, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory processes. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and public holidays. - UAE/GCC retail experience would be an advantage.
