The role involves addressing employee inquiries, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Candidates must have prior experience in human resources or a related field. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and company procedures. • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files and documentation. • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees. • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. • Coordinate with management to address workplace issues and suggest process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Knowledge of HR policies and employment law is required. • Experience with HR information systems or databases is preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary. • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion. • Prior experience in a similar HR support role is required.
