Public Relations Officer (PRO) - Emirati

The PRO represents the company at all government departments and ministries. The primary goal is to ensure the legal operation of the business and its employees by efficiently processing all official documentation, visas, and corporate licenses while maintaining strict compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities & Duties 1. Visa & Immigration Processing - Process, renew, and cancel all types of visas (employment visas, investor visas, family visas) through the GDRFA and ICP portals. - Coordinate employee medical fitness tests, biometrics, and the issuance of Emirates IDs. - Manage quota applications and labor card submissions. 2. Labour & Compliance Management - Handle all employment contracts, renewals, and cancellations via the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). - Stay updated on the UAE Labour Law amendments to advise management on compliance. - Assist in resolving minor labor disputes and attend government call centers or labor offices if required. - Support the HR department with Emiratisation (Nafis) quotas and requirements. 3. Corporate Licensing & Registrations - Manage the setup, renewal, and amendment of Commercial/Trade Licenses with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) or specific Free Zone authorities (e.g., DMCC, DDA, DIFC). - Coordinate the registration and renewal of corporate tenancy contracts (Ejari). - Obtain necessary approvals and permits from the Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and other regulatory bodies. 4. Government Liaison & Documentation - Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with local government officials and authorities. - Attest and legalize corporate documents, certificates, and powers of attorney at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and courts. - Keep precise track of expiry dates for all company licenses, permits, and employee visas to avoid fines.
