Job Description

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Project Engineer at أكاديمية نبراس للتدريب و التعليم المهني. The Project Engineer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of technical and training-related projects, ensuring they meet defined scope, quality, and timelines. Daily tasks include preparing project plans, tracking progress, coordinating with instructors and internal stakeholders, and documenting technical requirements and project outcomes. The role also involves supporting electrical engineering aspects of projects when relevant, reviewing designs or materials, and ensuring alignment with safety and technical standards. The Project Engineer will collaborate through online meetings, provide regular status updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and project delivery. Qualifications - Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning to organize tasks, manage timelines, and oversee project execution. - Technical expertise in Project Engineering with the ability to translate requirements into practical project actions. - Foundational knowledge or experience in Electrical Engineering, especially in applied or training-related projects. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity. - Experience with basic project management tools and collaborative platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, task trackers, online meeting tools). - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field) or equivalent practical experience is preferred. - Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality and safety in project work.
