Assistant Learning and Development Manager

As an Assistant Learning & Development Manager, you will support the implementation of L&D activities aligned with business needs. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in training programme delivery, conducting L&D needs analysis, coaching On-Job Trainers, and supervising training activities. Additionally, you will maintain the L&D database, submit monthly reports, support intern and trainee recruitment, and manage the Millennium Hotels Nationalisation programme TooMooH. Key Job Responsibilities: - Assist in implementing L&D activities, ensuring alignment with the property’s business needs. - Coordinate with the L&D leader to execute quarterly L&D needs analysis and prepare plans to address identified business requirements. - Assist in implementing L&D activities, ensuring alignment with the property’s business needs. - Coordinate with the L&D leader to execute quarterly L&D needs analysis and prepare plans to address identified business requirements. - Host off-the-job training programmes organised and led by the learning and development leader. - Support the L&D leader in leading and coaching On-Job Trainers. - Supervise On-Job Training activities using M&C, MEA Corporate Office audit tools. - Assist L&D leader in enhancing the effectiveness of Off-Job Training programmes through coaching and regular follow-ups. - Assist departments in implementing Personal Development Plan. - Maintain L&D Database. - Ensure timely submission of monthly L&D calendar and L&D report to the &C, MEA Corporate Office. - Support the recruitment of interns and management trainees per the L&D Policy and manage Millennium Hotels Nationalization programme TooMooH. - Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation. - Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
