Learning & Development Manager Role Description We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to design and implement initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance. The role involves identifying learning needs, developing training programs, coordinating learning activities, evaluating program effectiveness, and supporting career and talent development initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders and internal teams to align learning strategies with organizational goals, promote a culture of continuous development, and enhance employee performance. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and organizational skills with a passion for developing people and creating impactful learning experiences. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. - Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training design, and talent development. - Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to assess learning needs and translate business requirements into effective development programs. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems or digital learning platforms. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate learning outcomes and program effectiveness. - Creative, adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about employee growth and continuous improvement. -
