- Manage commercial activities across multiple projects or significant project packages. - Develop tendering, procurement, and cost-control strategies for assigned projects. - Review contractual obligations, commercial risks, and project financial exposure. - Lead evaluation and negotiation of major variations, claims, and settlements. - Oversee progress payments, subcontract accounts, final accounts, and commercial recoveries. - Monitor project profitability, cash flow, commitments, and forecast outturn. - Prepare consolidated commercial reports and financial information for management. - Lead negotiations with clients, consultants, contractors, and key suppliers. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to protect project margins. - Mentor QS team members and ensure consistent contract administration standards EA Licence: 16C7962
