Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning): Job Responsibilities: - Perform quantity take-offs using CostX, Glodon, or other equivalent quantity surveying software. - Prepare and compile tender submissions, including cost estimates, quotations, price comparisons, and cost analyses for relevant trade works. - Review tender documents, identify design discrepancies, and raise tender queries for clarification with relevant stakeholders. - Manage tender correspondence, including addendums, revisions, and updates to tender documentation. - Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender proposals, including tender qualifications and supporting documents. - Maintain accurate tender records and ensure all submissions comply with project requirements and submission deadlines. - Support the tendering process by coordinating with internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors where required. - Perform other quantity surveying duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager. Job Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in main building tender processes and/or main building projects. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Able to work with digital QS software such as CostX, Glodon, or other relevant systems.
