Team Leader - Front Desk

Job Description Summary- We are seeking a reliable and experienced Team Leader to oversee our Front Desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of front desk staff to ensure efficient customer service and smooth daily operations. The position is based at The Cove Rotana. Job Responsibility- - Supervise and mentor front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints. - Monitor inventory and order supplies when necessary. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. - Provide regular reports to management regarding front desk performance and customer feedback. Candidate Requirements- - Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly. - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
