About the Company Aspire Manpower Services is recruiting an Operations Coordinator on behalf of one of our reputed clients in the UAE. About the Role The successful candidate will coordinate daily operational activities, maintain accurate records, communicate with stakeholders and ensure operational requirements are completed efficiently and on time. Responsibilities - Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities. - Communicate with clients, suppliers and internal departments. - Prepare schedules, reports, timesheets and operational documents. - Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion. - Coordinate manpower deployment, transportation and logistical requirements when applicable. - Maintain accurate employee, client and operational records. - Support purchase orders, invoicing and documentation processes. - Address operational issues and escalate critical matters to management. - Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements. - Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field. - Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination or a similar role. - Previous UAE experience is preferred. Required Skills - Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English. - Immediate availability will be an advantage. Pay range and compensation package Monthly salary of AED 5,000–7,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
