Trading Technology Business Analyst (Cross-Asset) | 2–10 Years' Experience | Up to SGD $250k + Industry-Leading Bonus | Global HFT | Singapore I'm working with a globally recognised high-frequency trading firm that's looking to hire a Trading Technology Business Analyst to join its Front Office Technology team in Singapore. This is an exclusive opportunity to work on high-impact trading technology initiatives alongside traders, portfolio managers, and technology leaders, helping to deliver solutions that directly support the company's investment strategies. Role: Trading Technology Business Analyst (Cross-Asset) Industry: High-Frequency Trading Compensation: Up to SGD $250k + industry-leading bonus Location: Singapore What you'll be doing: - Partnering with trading teams to gather, analyse, and prioritise business requirements across the full lifecycle of equities and cross-asset technology projects. - Translating business needs into clear technical specifications for software engineering teams. - Working closely with traders, portfolio managers, risk teams, and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and technology improvements. - Helping deliver technology solutions that have a direct impact on trading performance and operational efficiency. What we're looking for: - Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading workflows. - Previous experience working within a buy-side environment is highly desirable. - A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and how technology projects are delivered. - A degree in Computer Science or a technical background, ideally with prior software development experience. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
